• At least 3 closed transactions in the last 12 months.

• No unpaid or late monthly fees now or before.

• It needs to be the One to Four Family Residential Contract (Resale) - TREC.

• It needs to close in less than 40 days.

• It needs to be after the option period, or in the case of new construction, it needs to have open escrow.

The maximum amount we will advance is $10,000.

We will wire your advance directly into your bank account, however, depending on the amount, we can send the money to you via PayPal or Zelle.

Typically, we will provide same day approvals. In this instance, you will receive your advance within 24 hours after your commission advance is approved.

Yes, as long as you do not exceed the advance limit of $10,000, you may take more than one advance at a time.

We can extend the commission advance for 10 days at a time for a fee of $120. This fee is commensurate with what other commission advance companies charge.

By default we will treat any other transaction you have as a substitute transaction and collect from there. It may take more than one substitute transactions to pay the commission advance back.

No. Intero is owned and operated by Avanti Capital, and Avanti Capital owns other companies that facilitate your advance.

Your obligation survives your relationship with Intero. If you leave, you still owe the money to our affiliate company, and it has the legal recourse, the will, and the means to collect, to report you, and to rack up fees in the process.
