I spent my career in institutional finance and now I live and breathe Houston residential real estate.

My background comes from Cerberus Capital Management, where I managed $7.5 billion in distressed lending, and JP Morgan Chase, where I oversaw $4.5 billion in CDOs. Fifteen years ago I took a leap of faith, left my executive position in New York, came home to Houston, and have been investing in residential real estate ever since.

Today I own and operate two companies: Intero, a residential brokerage, and Speed Lending, a private lending company. One finds and sells the deals, the other funds them.
