In 2010 we pioneered a unique office concept in River Oaks. And now, after almost 15 years, it’s time to evolve... So, just a few blocks away, we found a Mid-Century classic building that has been completely renovated and transformed into a modern office space. We’re in an even better location, surrounded by Houston’s most desirable areas: River Oaks, West University, Upper Kirby and the Galleria.

    Our building is a classic! it was re-energized by Radom Capital, the group behind staples such as Montrose Collective, Heights Mercantile and M-K-T.

    Access

    We’re on Richmond Avenue, one block from U.S. 59/69 and Buffalo Speedway. Simply park and walk into the office, at surface level, right off the lobby.
